"Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was spotless, well appointed and had a great shower with tons of hot water. The kitchen was set up with everything that you could want. The neighborhood was quiet and had everything within walking distance and there was even a designated parking spot. The owner was very quick to respond to all communication and we will certainly stay here again!"

"I stayed here because it was just a few blocks away from the Colorado State University campus. This basement apartment has everything I needed and was very comfortable. Most importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom is small and you do periodically hear the upstairs dwellers but the owner is upfront about both. It was very quiet though. We will be going back for sure."

"Clean, comfortable, and ideally located with parking make this a great option if looking to stay in/near Old Town. Comfortable bed with great linens make for a great night's sleep. Lindsay has put much thought into making guests comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again,nor should you!"
