"The property canceled my reservation without letting me and know put me in their sister hotel, which was absolutely terrible. My entire family was staying at the property and they could care less. They overbooked their property using the Expedia app and Expedia contacted them. Their answer to Expedia was basically we don’t care and when I asked them for some sort of compensation financially as I had to sleep in property away from my family, they basically said I don’t care. The manager won’t be back till Monday the day after I checked out. Do not book this hotel. There are many others in the old town which are better. They do not deserve business as they are liars."
