"Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!"

"We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. Our stay here made our time together relaxing and enjoyable."

The homeowners did a wonderful job thoughtfully planning this home to accommodate a large group. I spoke with Sheri several times and met her the day of check in. The home is so well taken care of! The photos listed are exact, you will get exactly what you are paying for, the house is gorgeous. If I go back again to the area I would absolutely stay in this house....
