Our apartment had quality inclusions and a great patio with table and chairs to enjoy the night air.
Good breakfast and pool, and great neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat, go shopping, get groceries etc. Good parks and museums within walking distance.
Staff were friendly and helpful and upgraded our apartment on arrival, plus made things ready for us even though we arrived from an overnight...

Our stay at Arc Arenales absolutely made our trip to BA! It was so pleasurable to come home to a clean and quiet oasis after a long day in the city. Clean and quiet. Room was very pleasant and clean. Balcony was welcoming. Maria is wonderful as the host manager. Very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. I would let my daughter stay there by herself. Close to all the Recolleta attractions.

The staff is outstanding. Courteous, willing to help with information about the area. At the restaurant (breakfast area) the ladies were always aware of our needs and offered help right away. The lobby, breakfast room. and the rooms are kept impecably clean. The location is ideal for getting around not just the Palermo area, but all of Buenos Aires because of the proximity to the subway (Subte).

The check-in was smooth and easy. The apartment was quiet, nicely appointed and had a large balcony overlooking the city. It was clean, comfortable and had a small kitchenette, bathroom with bidet and great water pressure in the tub/shower. The AC worked perfectly during the very warm week.

Picking a hotel to stay for 3 weeks, is not a easy task, but the location and cost, made our decition easier.
If you are looking for luxurious acomodations for this price, you will not find it in Buenos Aires, but if you are looking for a clean, homey place with friendly staff, this is it
I will go back to this place in the future ( I'm from Argentina ), and will recomendamos it to my friends
