"The place does not match the image in the advert, so it was very confusing finding the location. Also, the room in the picture and the real room are quite different - this room is a bit larger than a closet. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the lounge downstairs is nice, offers good coffee/espresso, and is comfortable. The room and bath were impeccably clean and the bed comfortable. "

"Great location, right by the U2 metro, Rathaus stop, which is also right next to the townhall. I LOVED my room. Gorgeous high ceilings, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. And the staff is so helpful! With excellent English, too. For sure I'll stay here on my next trip to Vienna!"

"Overall I had a great time at this property. The only small thing was noise from adjacent room but only for a small time I was in my room at night. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and offered great advice and the morning breakfast was very tasty and wide variety of food choices for its size. Lots of good restaurants around the area and only two blocks (400m or so) away from Rathaus Platz(city hall)."
