"Zero Issues with the hotel great location clean room and friendly staff. Was a we bit freaked out when i went to leave after check out and did not realize the parking had two floors and for a few minutes thought my car was towed or stolen. Then remember when we left the parking garage from arriving we went down a flight of stairs. Nice clean city as well and it has been a long time since I have been in a city with such little amount of addiction. Kitchener job well done!"

"Staff were great and check in was smooth. We didn't use the amenities so can't comment. The restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel too. Only comment was the bed sheet quality and they were very starchy, bed was super comfortable though."

"We had some issues with check-in, not being able to get into the unit until after 6pm. However, Tyrone was very apologetic and did what he could to make our stay great. We liked having three bedrooms and the price and location are excellent."

The owner is the most responsive, helpful and thoughtful person I have ever dealt with.The unit is exactly as described and the pictures are all accurate. "A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"
