Always enjoy staying at the Laundry Rooms. Beats a hotel any day! Safe, secure with a gym and lap pools (Kitchener). Walking distance to downtown bars/restaurants. You can sit and watch the zombies walk around.

Room was great, clean and had amazing view. Only negatives were waiting over 5 minutes in an empty lobby at night for someone to come give my keys and parking - the day of you apply for parking and after you already paid and booked the room it’s says parking isn’t guaranteed, then I had to remind them my parking was supposed to be included so I did t get charged.

Room was perfect, communication from host was timely. My only concern was with tricky parking lot underground. I would definitely stay again.
