The hotel was very well located for a tourist. It was within walking distance of Osaka Castle and several restaurants were just a block or two away. The breakfast buffet, an additional charge, was amazing. There was a huge selection of foods and items were kept filled. The hotel was very clean and was decorated beautifully. Even the elevator was lovely - and very fast.

In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.

I like the location. Right opposite to the castle. I enjoyed the view. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable.

Next to train station. Convenience stores around hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Will recommend!

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay. The check in is on Floor 2 and staff was very friendly and helpful and quick! Our room was on the 14th floor and I selected a corner room with the hope it would be spacious enough for three adults. Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk. I love the options inside the hotel. The spa is wonderful. The have body and facial massages options. Convenient store and restaurant . They have an amazing view from the top floor and a pool open during summer times. We walked to the hotel from the train station. I truly recommend it.

Location, The Design is truly lovely! Every amenity is perfection. We are architects and the collection of books in the Library/ Lobby was exceptional. If you value attention to detail as we do this will be the place for you!
