"Its a no frills motel, but room was clean, lots of hot water, great shower pressure. Towels were all new. Bed was average but definitely not woren out like some motels. I didn't feel the springs. Just needs towel bars, no hooks or towel bars. Could use lamp on other night stand on otherside of king bed. No phone and no alarm clock in the room. Grounds were clean and kept up. Ac and heat worked fine."

"Staff was very helpful. We got into town earlier than expected and were able to get our room. Clean room comfortable bed but the pillow was a little flat."

"The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms are very neat and clean. Safe area. Beds were good and good quality towels. great price and location. Great for one night. Wonderful restaurant across the street, Chestnut Cottage."

"Our stay was a nice stay. Many dinning options near by. Breakfast wasn't all that, but ok to hold us over till we ate later. Clean and quiet."

"Our stay was very comfortable and the bed was perfect, after a very long day. Cozy but modern. Hook and line was recommended to us and we easily walked there for dinner....overall would stay again. Very clean too."

"Our stay here for our honeymoon was nothing short of amazing. The property is gorgeous & secluded but close enough to town. The cabin was perfect for us & the bed was so comfortable! Don provided everything we needed & more! We will definitely be back to stay here, we already miss it."
