"Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench"

"So we came from San Diego for an event across the street and it took a little over an hour to get there, when we arrived there was no one on site and a note on the door and window saying to call for the staff. We did that for over an hour and no one answered or showed up. During that time four other sets of travelers came and also had no room and due to comic con there were no rooms in the whole of San Diego to here. Had it not been for Expedia and the KOA hotel/campground in the Cleveland...

"Jennifer was great. They contacted me when the room was ready, they were there and offered to help if I needed anything. Even though the property was old it was kept up well and did not stink and the room was clean. I would definitely stay again."

"I like that they had an end table on both sides of the bed. Too many, don't. They also had a fridge and a microwave, which is helpful. HOWEVER, the sink wouldn't drain, There was trash on the ground under the vanity, the "clean" towels were stained, and there wasn't any hair dryer which has become standard at most places. "Avoid this property at all costs. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was poorly maintained and cleanliness was not a priority. The most alarming issue was safety. A rattlesnake was coiled on the deck directly outside our cabin door, forcing us to deal with it ourselves before we could safely enter the cabin. We also found black widow spiders around the cabin. Yes, these animals are native to California, but guests should never have to worry about venomous snakes and spiders...
