"We must’ve been below the gym, because it was like people were wrestling until 11 pm and again early in the morning. Terrible. I tried to call the front desk after an hour of thumping, but there was no answer. Absurd we were stuck in that room. The hotel wasn’t very busy."

The bar and restaurant are in the center area and had good energy of people both during the day and evening. Feels very elegant and nostalgic. The immediate surrounding around the same block aren’t very interesting, but it’s a quick flat walk just a couple blocks to be right it the mall and the river. "

"Room smelled like diapers and old people. Opened the door every time we walk in it smelled awful. It was clean but had just a weird smell to it. I’ve stayed here many times and was not impressed. Staff is friendly and cool and everything was great just the weird smell got to me."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for a first trip to Spokane, with Spokane Falls and Riverfront Park within walking distance."

"Friendly and super helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast, nice pool/hot tub area open late (especially great after a 7 hour drive from west oregon!) Spokane is charming and front desk folks helped us make sure we experienced the best parts in a short stay."

"Only made it down for breakfast once but it was quite good. You have a great staff by the way, Debby at the front desk was great - She wished me a good time at the concert, Journey, so was the gentleman (Engineering?) sweeping the parking lot he asked about my stay instead of just nodding or ignoring me."
