"The hotel room was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. The TV in the room was very small so I used my tablet instead. The staff work hard and always provided clean towels, coffee, tea and milk etc when needed or requested. There are no lifts so we had to walk up stairs to our room. That might not be ideal for everyone. The hotel is located in Douglas town centre and is not far from the sea terminal. It is also only a short walk to the local shops. There is a slight upward hill to the hotel but it's not too far. Overall, I found the hotel to be comfortable and adequate. It's not fancy but quite suitable for a nice stay."
