I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. "Clean, large and beautiful rooms, very useful to have washer and dryer in the room, and staff are extremely helpful. There are no free pastries unlike in prior reviews. Compared to large hotels, price is quite high as similar price in Shanghai usually includes breakfast and more facilities."

"Best Hotel we stayed in for China. The staff did some nice things for us and are very accommodating and helpful for foreigner travelers. Location is very central, and relatively close to the Bund, Yu Garden, etc. Had a great stay."
