"A real gem of a hotel! Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff courteous, and in a perfect location for shopping, restaurants, ferries and the Market Hall. The buffet breakfast was always fresh and tasty, with more than adequate choice."

"Great stay for a solo traveller. It's bang in the city centre and a 5 minute walk to most places (e.g. train station, Senate Square and Helsinki Cathedral). The tram to/from West Terminal 2 Ferry is right outside so very convenient if you're going to/from Tallinn. The room was lovely. The bed was comfy with nice bathroom facilities. Only 2 points is being earplugs if you're a light sleeper (some of the rooms point out to the main street which can get noisy at night) and there was a cold spot in my room which wasn't ideal during December. Maybe there was a fault with the thermostat? Otherwise, great stay and I will consider staying here again if I ever visit Helsinki again."
