"It is extremely quiet. The personal is very kind and helpful and they did our laundry service for free. They are always willing to help and to make you pleasant it was a wonderful stay. It is in the baan tawai handcraft village. It was a miracle to be this close to the handcraft station. Highly recommended"

"This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept. Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day. Of course, very friendly staff! I will most likely be returning to this hotel when I return in April for songkran festival!"

"One of the best places we have ever stayed. It was a few minutes from downtown but we had the hotel driver take us to several areas in town on our request. He was not only on time but early every day waiting on us. . The staff went out of their way to help with all our needs. My wife’s shoes were severely wet from a Toto the National Park and the staff helped with an extra fan so the she’s would be dry before or our flight in the morning. The rooms and service are well deserving of a five star rating. We left for a five star hotel in Phuket and the Chiang Mia Riverside is head and shoulders above the hotel in Phuket. Thank you Chiang Mia Riverside for such a great experience. We may not be back to Chiang Mia but we will refer our family and friends who plan on visiting. "

"Perfect stay if you have an early flight. They drop you to the airport for free & its only 10 minutes from old town. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Great price and youll be amazed what you get for your money"

Great place to stay

"This was the second time I stayed at this location. This time I was in a standalone room on the property instead of in one of the rooms on the second floor. The hotel location is fairly simple to get to, located within a gated community where there are at least two guards on duty at all times that check all vehicles going in and out. They are also very friendly. If you have a family, and you're looking for hotels in Chiang Mai, this would be a great place, as it is away from the busyness, chaos, and loud traffic of a lot of the other parts of the city. The staff is always very accommodating"

"L equipe est vraiment attentionnée Les chambres calmes spacieuses et traditionnelles Le petit déjeuner était incroyable !!!!! Merci pour ces 5 jours Nous avions 3 grandes chambres au rez-de-chaussée Le seul point noir est l odeur dans la salle de bain A noter loin de Chiang Mai 20 minutes de voiture mais les bolt fonctionnent très bien "
