Beautiful property. Breakfast and dinner buffets were gourmet and luxurious. Large, airy rooms and beautiful views of the southern part of Yakushima. Onsen facility was very nice as well.

An extraordinarily blissful stay in this gorgeous secluded boutique resort. Wonderful attention to detail both in the rooms and the delicious, creative food. My daughter is vegetarian and eating in Japan has been a challenge, but the chef came up with delicious food for her at every meal! Staff were all delightful and genuinely cared that we had everything we could possibly need. I especially want to mention Ryoko, who raises the level of the hotel even higher.

The view of Sakura-jima from the main bath is fantastic. The shuttle buses from the hotel to Tenmonkan and Chuo Station are helpful too.

We loved our stay at Ibusuki Shusuien. The staff were helpful and everything was smooth and efficient. The food was wonderful, and our server, Sarina, was superb. We recommend for a relaxing stay.

This place is literally heaven. It’s very luxurious. The staff is amazing. The food is impeccable. The chef literally changes the menu every day every morning every night. The most amazing thing was my room. It was incredible. It had an outside hot Springs the living room the bathroom and the private sauna is just amazing super clean super super clean. Great location in a very nice town

As the name suggests, the hotel is literally seconds from the station. As such, you are close to many restaurants and shops. As it was extremely hot during our stay, it was a big plus being able to navigate to the different restaurants and shops without having to leave the comfort of air conditioning during the hottest parts of the day.
