"The hotel was very nice and classy. We loved the space and the view from our room. Staff was very nice and the concierge was helpful. Very impressed by the buffet breakfast and also loved the Japanese style breakfast. Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko and would highly recommend to others."

"I am writing this review and rating the hotel based on the city and location in Japan. I feel the hotel would overall get a 3.5 -4 star rating if it were in a bigger city with more options. The location if the hotel was great. Our room was a bit small. The room amenities were just ok. The lounge was lovely with great snack and food options but closed early. The staff try hard but their English is limited so be patient. The concierge hours are short and her English was very weak. We tried with a translator app but in the end we gave up. The cleaning was poor. Our room was tidy but our beds were not made. We opted not to have our sheets changed to obsrrve their desire to respect the environment but as a result the room was left mostly uncleaned. It was a pleasant stay and i would say based on location it's a good option. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable—everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff was great—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They even held our luggage for us after check-out, which allowed us to explore Kanazawa freely as tourists without any hassle. The breakfast buffet was good, offering plenty of options with both Japanese and Western dishes. The food was fresh and nicely presented. "
