"This hotel is great. It is a 15 min bus ride from the airport and located close to the train station, only a 5 min walk away. There was a great little grocery store on the way to the train that had fresh baked pastries every morning. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet but was very expensive (it is Switzerland) for CHF25 per person. We chose croissants, fruit, yogurt and drinks at the grocer for a fraction of the cost. We had the junoir suite which had 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunks and a pull out single bed (sleeping 5 in total). All rooms had wonderful large windows and the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was also plenty of closet space and a safe. There was a mini fridge and kettle in the room as welk. We were really happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it."

"The check in was excellent. But going to the room on the 4th floor, there was many stains on the carpet floor that gave me the impression that the room would be dirty. But the room was exceptionally clean. A nice little kitchen. Although the concrete ceiling gave it an unfinished feel. The queen bed against the wall was inconvenient to get in and out of. All the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend. "

"This hotel was in a great location, had terrific service, and the room was nice for two of us. It was near the train and near the water and Old Town. The staff were very helpful and nice. There was a bar and restaurant that looked good Altho we didn't eat there. We hiked zermatt and mt Rigi which were easy to get to by train and boat. (Zermatt is far!). We loved this hotel and would stay here again! "
