The hotel is very clean, and the staff is kind and helpful. The onsite parking is located right in front of your room, which is very convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable. I like the big TV and its location next to a station was very optimal.

This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Onsen facility is very nice

This is my second time staying at this hotel. We left our phone at the reception when we checked out. We didn’t know until the receptionist run after us and brought our phone. It had been more than 5 min after we left the hotel. She must have been looking for us quite a while in 95 Celsius hot weather. Right by Nagoya station, clean and nice.

Breakfast is at the store next door, but it’s good! Room was clean. Nothing to complain about, it was a standard business hotel in Japan, small, but great for a night or few.
