"Staff was excellent! The room has a coffeemaker, but my wife is a tea drinker. She requested some teabags. The person at the front desk indicated they didn't have any. About 15 minutes later, we got a call back - he was at Meijer and wanted to know what type of tea she preferred and then delivered to the room...! Hotel is showing its age a bit, but we had a room with an updated bathroom, which was lovely. Great location for walking downtown and walking to beach/lighthouse."

"The house was exceptionally clean. The owners thought of everything. Even extra toilet paper. The layout of the house is perfect for families. Great location. Close to downtown but still away from traffic. Loved that the owners are animal friendly. Great little touches like dog bowls, poopy bags, and even a leash hanging by the door. "A beautiful house that met all our needs well, I recommend this property for any group planning a stay in South Haven. The host’s responses to my questions were prompt, beds were comfortable and a few extra touches were appreciated. Know that there is access to a hot tub and pool but it is for the small community where the house is located. (I may have missed this detail when I read the description.)"

"The house was super charming and beautiful. It’s obvious that the hosts take extra special care in making sure guests feel welcome and accommodated - from the robes and slippers in each room to the beach towels and pool floats, everything was absolutely perfect. We had a small celebration for my daughter’s 5th birthday and she loved every second. The home is super close to the downtown which was perfect for dining out. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great time with a small group of family or friends. The pool experience was the best part! Fantastically clean and even had a bathroom right near it for the little ones to use right out of the pool. I can’t say enough about this property - just wonderful! "
