"Heard a crash, it was the AC coming through the ceiling…power outage at 9pm for a good 30 minutes. Hotel overall is in poor shape. This is the “best” in town. Be prepared for a hotel that says it has western standards but is very, very, local and is not at international standards for service, quality, food or facilities. "

"Rooms need renovation. For a king Size bed they have 2 single beds put together causing discomfort while sleeping. Also the mattresses need to be replaced, at times you can feel the springs. Air - Conditioning regulators are completely useless. In my room the wash basin was choked. Bath tub taps were not functioning properly. Room Service is efficient but quality of food not so good. Wifi signal is good. This property needs a major renovation."

"The hotel needs a lot of updating to be a genuine 4 star hotel. The hotel has known better days. Friendly staff. English not widely spoken."
