"This hotel offers the best value for the price. I had an early morning flight, and hotel staff kindly helped me with an earlier check-in. "As soon as we walked out of the lift to our floor we were hit with a sewerage smell! The air conditioning didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, it was dirty and then we noticed black mould in the room! We asked for a refund after we left via message and didn’t even get a response! No matter how desperate do not book this absolute nightmare! There are so many lovely places! Stay in Gure’ in a thermal hotel! "
