"The Staff was VERY friendly and helpful for our non-Japanese speaking family. The complimentary shuttle service from Haneda was a bonus, tough a bit tricky to find the pick up spot. Just a few minutes from Haneda after a long flight. The buffet breakfast was excellent, worth the price, and the Staff was top notch! Stayed one night before moving closer to central Tokyo."

"We had a great time and the area around had many dining options, and only 5mins from the airport. Even though we had a non cleaning service room they cleaned one of our 5 days and they cleaned everyday in the hall so we always had access to clean towels and change of garbage if needed. I agree with some reviews about soundproofing isn't the best but overall not the worst since we were traveling most of the day."
