The oceanfront location was perfect, and Simon was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and truly cared about making sure we had a wonderful stay. We will stay here again!"

"Unit is as advertised. Great views and excellent beach access. Close to a legendary kids park/playground and small kiddie beach pools. Not having AC wasn't an issue in May, the cross breeze was strong. The couch and chairs aren't cozy but I would recommend pulling out the couch and making it into a bed so it provides some level of comfort. The ocean sounds were amazing, never been able to hear the waves crashing so loudly. The roosters were as expected-a constant presence and authority in the area, lots of baby chicks in May. We were able to check in early which was a huge relief and we really appreciate the help with that, thank you!! Lacking: Places to hang purse, keys etc. The rug is a tripping hazard as it constantly rolls up. Decor is meh, its one of those units that frames rules and regulations. The bathroom shower screen needs to be cleaned, as well as the master bed headboard."
