"Everything about the condo is top-notch and built for comfort. The views, the trade winds blowing through the condo, and listening to the waves crashing, was everything we wanted, and more. Quality furniture throughout, very nicely appointed kitchen with everything you’ll need right at your finger tips.A nice walking/bike trail right outside the door, and an easy ten minute stroll to a calm swimming hole at Lyndgate Beach with an abundance of colorful fish. A little further north, enjoy a plethora of shops and restaurants. So much, so close. We took a trip up north to Princeville, glad we did it, but wasn’t really anything there and the traffic was terrible. We took a little trip to Poipu Beach in the south, and it was cute, but really nothing beat the beach right at our doorstep. You literally don’t have to leave.We did check out some water falls that were about 15/20 minutes away, worth the drive. Simon is an amazing host, and a wealth of knowledge. Will definitely plan on returning again. Highly recommend the island, and especially this condo and host!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a good visit at the Kuhio Prince in Poipu. Nice property and the unit was as described. I requested a move after hurricane Lowell because I had been without power 2.5 days and inquired if there might be a unit on another part of the island where power might be restored quicker. My request was accommodated to Kaha Lani on the east side of the island. This unit had great access to the ocean and Lydgate Park. This unit could use some updating - rust on ceiling fans, mold in the shower, and could use a thorough cleaning of windows."

It was very clean and comfortable.The location was ideal with well manicured grounds and access the park that ran the length of the resort. The view was beautiful. Fell asleep with the sound of the waves and cool breeze blowing through the bedroom."

"Kaha Lani is a beautiful peaceful well-maintained property perfectly located on the island. We enjoyed stunning views of the water and the sunrise from the lanai every morning. if you’re lucky as we were to be there for a full moon, you will have a beautiful view of the moon rising over the water. The condo was good, the view is amazing. But, for me, not as expected for the price. It’s small and priced at the high end. It has been updated but not completely. The small and large appliances are older and showing wear. Coffee maker must be replaced!The biggest issue is the condo needs a deep cleaning, not superficial. The floors were noticeably dirty and everything dusty. I was also disappointed there is no dresser nor any extra bed pillows. Overall for the price, there are other options on this property to perhaps consider as well. I do highly recommend Kahi Lani! Lydgate beach (runs the length of the property and beyond) offers swimming and snorkeling areas and is great for long walks on the beach. Be sure to explore all the island has to offer! We will be back!"
