"When I had initially booked the hotel, it was about two months before my stay, so when the time came closer I couldn't remember if I booked one bed or not. I had called the week of the reservation and the woman (Jennifer) I spoke to on the phone was pretty rude, but other than that everyone else was really nice. She told me that I had to request a double bed, which I had never heard of that before so I didn't know to do that. So I asked her if I can request it, and she said it wasn't guaranteed and only if it's available. All that to say, make sure you call to make your requests because I tried messaging them online via hotels.com and they finally got back to me after my stay lol. Luckily, I was able to get a double bed room. It faced the valet stalls. The parking lot is really small, and there's lots of valet stalls. No parking at night time so we parked in the commercial lot right next door which I'm pretty sure isn't allowed but we were fine. No idea if you have to pay for valet or not, we didn't use it. We also didn't use the pool, but it looked small and nothing exciting. Overall, the property was clean and the room was clean, that's really all I care about! We also had lunch at the Lava Lava Beach Club, food was delicious! I really liked this location in Kapa'a, lots of cute shops and restaurants etc. I'd stay here again."

"This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying Kauai. Everything about the condo listing was accurate and, honestly, better than even the pictures show. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again without hesitation. There is no better location on Kauai and the ocean front access and views are the absolute best. Thanks again for a wonderful place to spend our family vacation."

"Condo was excellent and clean. Best part it was on the first floor, had a washer/dryer and its own outside hose on the Lanai to wash off after the beach. The beach in front of the property was narrow and a little rough, so we did not swim there. We did walk down the pathway another 100 yards to Lydgate Park Beach and swam there. Location gave us good access to both the north shore area and the south shore. We ate most of our meals in nearby Kapaa at food trucks. This resort is only minutes from the airport, but we never had any noise or flyovers from the planes."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This ground floor unit had two bedrooms (1king, 2 twin beds, a large living/dining area, kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. This setup worked great for our family of four. There was no A/C but the tradewinds and fans kept the temperature comfortable. It was in a quiet area close to highways, Lihu’e, Kapa’a, etc. The location of the condo within the complex was great. There is an amazing ocean view from the main living area and one bedroom. The unit was close to laundry and parking. There were enough supplies and towels. It was useful to have a closet full of beach gear/toys/cooler. The pool was warm and suprisingly deep at one end which my kids loved. The walking trail that goes along the coastline was accessible from the grounds (which by the way are well maintained and beautiful). We were able to use the trail to walk to Lydgate Park in just a few minutes. The location of the condo was central and convenient for getting to other areas of Kauai. The unit shows its age but it was clean, comfortable, and more than adequate for our needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
