"You can’t beat this extremely well-stocked condo for the view, layout, and proximity (easy walks to the beach, pool, and numerous restaurants and shopping options). Absolutely the best place we’ve stayed on the islands. Also, a nice middle spot on the island (north to Princeville, Hanalei, Hā’ena, south to Lihue, Waimea, Poipu). The owner is super friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Mahalo!’"

"This condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and direct access to Lae Nani beach, which has a lovely protected rock pool great for kids, and a lovely beach protected by a coral reef. There are some rocks on the right side but near the rock pool you can easily swim. The apartment is very comfortable. There is always a cool breeze coming through so the lack of A/C is not really an issue. The kitchen is very well stocked. The laundry facility is very nice and nearby, just a few steps away. The property grounds are amazing. The gardens and flowers are very well maintained, the grounds smell of luscious flowers. Walking distance to Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava Beach Club. Host is generous and communicative. We appreciated the welcome chocolates, coffee, and shower amenities supplied! We enjoyed many rainbows and bird watching from the balcony. Parking is also a breeze, with an ample sized lot it is easy to find a spot, even at the end of the day. Wonderful spot to explore all points of the island, and Kapa’a town is especially charming. You won’t regret booking this place. Mahalo to Kristen for having us!! "

"We stayed here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it was perfect. Our first time to Kaua’i and it’s located in the middle so not too far of a drive for any destination. Perfect beach for floating, snorkeling, laying out, or playing in the waves. Next door to Lava Lava Beach club and The Coconut Market. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. Loved it!!"

"It was the perfect location and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the week. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating when my flight ended up being earlier than expected. I can't wait to go back!!"
