"The place was absolutely stunning, indeed felt like being in castle. It was close by to the main city center but those with mobility issues should be warned that it is very hilly. The whole staff went above and beyond, helped us switch rooms for a better view and was very helpful and kind. An example is the bellhop, Lucian. The pool was great, very clean with a great view. Additionally, there were a multitude of options to choose from at breakfast, with a great open seating space."

"Firstly, Albina at reception was exceptional. Super friendly, always happy to help, and all her suggestions were 10/10. Don’t know what we’d have done without her input. The hotel is great, all the staff are lovely, pool is clean and the bar is great vibes. Only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because; 1) we had ants crawling in our bed, harmless but tickley, 2) there’s no dinner at the pool-bar, so essentially there’s no vibe in the evening. However, there is so much nearby it’s not that big a deal, it’s just something we’d have really enjoyed."

"What a gorgeous small hotel with excellent size rooms, we had a terrace & small hot tub pool!!! A good size bedroom & sitting area too. Irene & Caterina the most friendliest & helpful reception front of house. Top tip take beach shoes to get in & out of small pebbly beach."

The rooms were beautifully maintained, the amenities were top‑tier, and the atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect—close enough to explore the best parts of Santorini, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene. The pools, dining options, and overall service were outstanding, and anytime we needed something, the team was quick, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Santorini Kastelli Resort didn’t just meet our needs; it reached every one of them and more. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already excited to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a flawless and memorable stay."
