"Wonderful stay in Fukuoka. Plenty of room for our family of six. The furnishings and decor were pretty chic. And I loved that the bathtub and appliances were cozy and good quality, unlike many rentals. The location can’t be beat. Thank you for having us!"

"Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday.
However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter."

"We booked the Standard Suite for 3 People and got a nice apartment-like room with 3 double beds and one seperate bedroom. The apartment offered everything you need like a wash machine, air refreshing machine, bluetooth speaker, tv, spare pillows, storage room, a well equipped kitchen and a few more other things.
The room was very clean and there is a nicely made instruction manual to help you out with all the various equipment the room offers.
Would definetely book again!"

"This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan.
It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed.
Bad:
- Bins are only emptied at the end of your stay attracting crockaches. In summer rubbish begin to smell if you had food. This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking)
- We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay...

"Great location with less than a minute walk to the station. Room size was fine since it was just me staying. Definitely liked the size of the tub and it’s deep.
Definitely some downsides that I only found out after checking in. The room is so dimly lit. Even the bathroom is a dark blue with a blue bathtub. Such a hassle to put on make up because of insufficient lighting and even in the bathroom the sink has various cutouts so there’s not much space for any product. There is no air con, just a knob for “low or high temp”. (My room stayed on the cooler side like I wanted, but don’t like that I couldn’t feel the air or see the exact temperature). The walls were thinner than expected, you could hear the neighbors and people in the hallway.
No problems with staff, check in and check out were easy. Bed was fine, glad to not have a twin bed."
"The triple room was comfortable and spacious, with a bed for each of our party of three. The hotel was well maintained and comfortable. While we didn't use it, the on-site onsen seemed very popular (note, no tattoos). The laundry facilities were easily accessed and worked well. The location was a moderate walk from the train station and near bus stops."
"Clean room, small for North America standard but did not spend much time in the room. Great breakfast buffet, staff very helpful, room have AC and dehumidifier! Second stay in this hotel, will return definitely, location amazing in the Center of Tenjin."
