"OK hear is the thing about Uppala for me. Family of 4, 2 kids at 10 & 16. Rooms are awesome and beds comfy with bathroom a real delight. Aircon very good in a 2 bedroom villa. Each room has air con. "space was big no doubt. but the condition of the villa need to be improved. not able to lock one of the room. all the sliding doors are not functioning well. especially living to pool.. had a hard time opening and closing it. otherwise overall is great. breakfast was great too.. "

"The hotels has all the amenities listed but it is very run down. The rooms weren’t really clean but the beds were, not all lights worked. Their shuttle service is very convenient though."

"The villa is build too vintage with only wooden furniture with no sofa pads. Thus, not comfortable when lying on sofa. We found 1 lizard on bed, 1 giant lizard by staircase, 1 dead cockroach in master bedroom bathroom and ants around. Hotel restaurant closed at 10pm when we arrived late (due to traffic jam). We begged for some fast food and luckily staff were helpful to make some quick meals for us. One final comment, villa needs at least have a small gym for customers. "
