The property was very clean and had air conditioning units in every room. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious for the three of us. "We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in."

"The owner informed me 5 hours before the check-in time that the unit is occupied and told me to find other accommodation. It was very unprofessional, slow response!!!"

Not shocking when there are many tourists staying there, never stay again, the room are dirty , bathroom are dirty , kitchen is not fully equipped, can’t find coffee spoon , no knifes only 5 sets of fork and spoon , old dirty cup and plates , mattress is old and sagging "
