He would ask if we needed wheelchair and would open the door for us and even accompanying us to the lift to hold the door. Decor wise - the hotel was a little dated. It’s surrounded by all styles of restaurants, bars and shops, and in walking distance to a food court. In addition to the clean and comfortable hotel itself, it’s a great package."

I think perhaps it was the was the steps were designed, I almost tripped a couple times at the turn of the stairs. They should put a lamp on the table under the stairs because it was too dark as well. There was zero artwork in the room.
