Enjoy the pool and playground at level 5. Some improvement needes on this : Bin linear, toilet paper and kitchen utensils was limited for a week stay (eg only 1 cup & glass for a studio room). "It says they will give me a number to open the box which contains the key for a room. I have contacted the hotel more then 10 time they did not give me a room and a pass code for the key. I messaged the hotel at the afternoon 1:00 pm and call them the did not respond and I message Expedia, it did not respond as well. So I have to search other booking App for a different phone number to get in contact with the hotel staff to get the room key the next morning 3;00 Am. "
