"Disgusting! Not at all what was advertised. No windows in the room. Did not look as pictured. The bathroom was filthy. The room itself smelled awful. The wallpaper was peeling. We didn't feel safe in the room. We didn't get much sleep and we're happy to leave."

"Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."
