This is an Airbnb, not a hotel, located in a luxurious building shared with other entities. Nobody representing my rental. The reception in the building emphasized that ours was private and refused to get involved. We were given a key later by a representative that eventually showed up, without much explanation, not being told that there were two symmetrical wings with similar numbers. We ended up opening the door of an apartment with a family inside. Horrible experience. The apartment itself was large, elegant and comfortable. It only contained two
plates, two glasses, two sets of silverware, a single frying pan and a small cooking pan, nothing else. No glass in the bathroom, no paper or cloth towel to clean in the kitchen.
I cannot recommend this place as it is.

"We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. ..."
