"Evening person at reception was abrupt & not welcoming on three occasions. Not suited to her role. Carpet stains in the corridors of level 8 and level 5 unacceptable. Carpet stains in the two rooms we were in are unacceptable. The bathroom shower floor in the two rooms we stayed in is slippery and dangerous. "
