Every morning during my stay, I had breakfast on the 4th floor with a view of the Sarawak River.
There were varieties of local dishes, desserts and fruits.
Staff was very friendly and helpful (top notched).
This hotel has the best security setup I have ever encountered..
Even my local friends were amazed when I showed them around.
I can walk to all the local shops for shopping and local food stalls.
My 11 day-stay in this hotel has left me a very memorable experience which I would...

Great location on the waterfront. A nice free upgrade with a city view didn't hurt. Great bed, great bathroom, very clean. Goof breakfast.
Really impressed with the staff. They are so nice here, know how to treat a guest.

Best hotel location, ideal setting. Close to historic sites in Kuching. Impeccable service and attention from hotel staff. Delicious local food. Panoramic views from hotel rooms. In my opinion Hilton is the top hotel in Kuching, Sarawak

Overall, the facilities are excellent and conveniently located in the downtown area, Kuching. We had a nice stay at the hotel and staff were friendly. Directory of the operation, Kenny Tham was extremely helpful with arranging a day tour for us.

The professionalism of the staff aligned with the quality of the property and delicious room service menu choices; top-notch!
There was some construction going on that we only barely heard once for about 10 minutes.
Bonus: my family of three where two of us have wheelchair needs, we found the food court, spa services and convenience store on the property to be very comfortable and convenient.
We plan to visit frequently just to order take out from their devine chef and his signature cheese...

We loved the location right on the waterfront! This is more of a hostel/guesthouse and we stayed in one of the private rooms. This was good with us, but want people to know. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Very nice room, even got one that didn't reek of cigarettes. Only problem with it is access. It's not a long walk anywhere but the heat and the lack of footpaths made getting around less than enjoyable and took the shine off an otherwise excellent experience a bit. That said I would stay there again.
