"Hotel not very clean especially the toilet , cockroach can be seen around the floor , air conditioning are not adjustable , the only good things the staff willing to cooperate and the hot water working very well. And also Oyo and Expedia are giving the worst service especially about system management , a lot of problem happened during my check in because of system the problem especially about the price. "Even though this was a budget hotel, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed- stains all over. There were bugs crawling all over the bed and floor. Bathroom had a massive hole in the ceiling and was not clean. Very disappointing stay. "
