There was no other renter in the upper unit at the time which made it even more enjoyable as my kids loved hanging out and playing in the front yard until late in the evening. "The apartment is exactly as described. Having a dedicated parking space is a definite plus. The drive to the nearby beaches takes about 15 minutes, which was no problem. The woman on site who takes care of the apartment is very kind and helpful."
