"Worst experience ever, I booked and paid online but when I reached the property they said they let someone else to stay and can't make them leave, so asked me to go and find different property for that night and ask me to come back and stay next day, my family and kids all are left in the street. I would not recommend this property to anyone"

We are a Sri Lankan-American family, and we vacationed in Sri Lanka during the summer of 2024. From the moment we booked with The Radh Hotel, we knew we would love our stay. The hotel was quaint, the staff was extremely attentive, and our stay was peaceful. My father, who is a 75-year-old Sri Lankan native, has severe Alzheimer's disease and the staff at The Radh took extra care to attend to his needs and make him feel safe and welcome. Excellent hotel, Nicely appointed rooms, great restaurant. The only opportunity to improve is the flow and water temperature. We had a tub with jets but could not use it because the water temperature was not hot enough and the tub could not even be filled due to low water force. The water was barely warm and uncomfortable for shower.

Beautiful property with wonderful staff and best food we had on the island. Loved the excursions and hikes on offer. Special mention to the organic farm they have, we enjoyed a tour and all our meals sourced ingredients from right on site.
Location was close enough to Kandy for sightseeing but much nicer to be away from the city and surrounding by nature and the mountain view. Especially from the spa pool!! Highly recommend

The place is so peaceful and nice and the staff were so accommodating. The place is a little far up which a car or maybe a TukTuk can drive but staff of the resort is superb. We left an item over to the resort and they handled everything and sent a parcel to our next destination. Kudos to the team! And the dogs they have

I arrived at the hotel at night. It was dark and snakey drive up to the hotel. Can't see much at night.
However, when daylight comes, the place looks amazing. It is right in the middle of the tea plantations and I had the pleasure to see the lovely ladies plucking the teas.
I hanged out at the lobby (which is outdoor) most of the time as it was raining during the whole afternoon.
I did not went out during my stay except to the tea factory tour.
This place is for nature lovers.

Nicely decorated and comfortable hotel but a little out of town from restaurants and night life. I would certainly recommend it for a quiet relaxing stay.
