"We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

"Highly recommend, especially for first time travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is thoughtfully mapped, rooms were well designed and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Be sure to check out the breakfast (you save ¥200 if you book night before). Super easy walk (albeit takes a few times to navigate properly) to a major hub. Walkable to Ueno Park, Asakusa, and Jimbocho."

"Very well equipped, liveable and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more."

"The Japanese breakfast is wonderful. Huge and varied. A lot of Japanese travellers stayed here too. It had a nice cosy onsen. It is very near Yanaka and Nezu, a slower side of Tokyo. It is near Nippori station and the remarkably useful Yanamoto line. The only drawback was the Lamborgini that drove at high speed along the road most nights and the emergency vehicles. And don't book the small double because 17m2 is too small for two adults staying more than 2 nights."

"Great stay and very helpful staff! Would return."

"Lovely stay clean and comfy!"

"We had asked for a crib that was missing the mattress and the staff corrected it immediately and were very helpful. The room itself was great too."

"The best hotel"

"Check-in was a bit glitchy but otherwise a great and quiet stay. Clean and stylish and in an older part of Tokyo that was a welcome change of pace from"

"Staffs are friendly Shops are very convenient nearby, such as family mart, and restaurant and to subway station."

"They have not coffe, not clean up my room after 3 nights. Etc. But is nice place . I like the laundry machine inside."

"We like the convenience of being close to dining places, the Subway station and Ameyoko Street. The hotel room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was top notch with up to date equipment. The complimentary bathroom amenities and bread and soup snacks and tea were wonderful. I highly recommend Hotel Resol Ueno for a 7 day stay."

"No ventilation in bathroom. Convenient and tidy. Nice staff"
