"Absolutely horrible experience and the staff at this location are rude and entitled. Will not be going back and would recommend taking your money elsewhere. The beds are just foam blocks, not real beds. The place is filthy and there is mold EVERYWHERE."

"I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily opened the window and gained entry. The walls and ceiling are very thin and I heard every sound coming from the hallway and above me, making it hard to stay asleep."

"The room was partially cleaned. There was soiled linen on one of the two beds. The was dirt in the shower. There was also an empty toilet paper roll on the floor in the bathroom. Would not recommend staying there at all"
