"Room was clean, staff was very nice, and I like that they had free parking, if I every go back to Kansas city at the legends, I will try and stay at this hotel ever time. every thing was good and we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff was kind checking in. Only one elevator working with tons of travel ball kids staying at the hotel . The room was fairly clean , the worst part of the stay was how rough and scratchy the sheets were."

"The overall stay was just okay. The establishment itself is very nice, new, clean and welcoming. However, it’s a family friendly resort which in most cases can be problematic for adults who are looking to have a children free stay. During our stay, kids were unattended everywhere. The pool was overcrowded with kids who weren’t being monitored, as well as horse playing (disregarding our personal space…using cups to throw water etc). Needless to say our time out the outdoor pool was short lived. Not to mention, when we finally made it back to our room around 10:30pm, kids were running (I mean running!) up and down the halls and they knocked on our door and ran away. I called the front desk, and it was actually brushed off as if it was no big deal…no follow up call from the front desk…nothing. To make matters worse, shortly after I made the call to front desk some guest made the hallway there room and had loud conversations and taunting a baby which the baby cried off and on for at least an hour (no exaggeration!). All I could do was lay there and turn up the tv to drown out most of it. I didn’t fall asleep until 1:30ish in the morning. Upon checkout, I was asked how was our stay and I explained my frustrations. The lady that I spoke with was apologetic and made it right by waving the resort fee/self parking fee. I would love to see some changes made to make everyone’s stay enjoyable…especially the adults considering it’s gear more towards adults."

"Hotels was fast ,the quickest the cheapest somehow I managed to get a lower deposit than original confirmation was 100% I had no bad experience I would recommend every traveler to go through hotels for better pricing and better experience I enjoyed my stay completely."

"Sheets and towels were dirty with visible stains. The bathroom was not clean. The room had a musty smell. The room keys kept resetting causing us to have to go to the front desk to fix them several times during our stay."

"Check-in was tedious, granted it was late night(actually early morning, 1-130am), booking was via Travago via Expedia and all my info entered on line prior to arriving had to be re-entered at check-in. Upon entering the room the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling loosely and I was unable to secure it to the ceiling. Toilet was not working as the tank was draining the water and first flush proved no water in tank, Removed tank top and just left it on floor so I could manually fill tank top flush, then it would drain out after filling. The tv did not come on, neither with remote or tv buttons. Upon checkout Sunday morning the clerk told me the general manager would call me Monday to discuss an adjustment after entering all the above details for GM why I was requesting an adjustment to the bill, as clerk had no authority to adjust it. Now five days later, still no call."
