"Nice, homey alternative to the big resorts. Very good location and very close to the restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple toast and eggs. We didn't read our booking closely enough and didn't realize there was a shared bathroom, but we are not picky and it was fine and quite clean. Only very minor complaint would be there were only 1 pair of towels provided (and no hand towels) and no bath mat to dry off your feet outside the shower."

"The house was very clean we were able to enjoy the pool and host was very helpful, when we needed a taxi he would call one for us . We had breakfast there a few days and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay there again ."

"Great getaway spot in the jungle! An eco oasis that is quiet and peaceful. Tulum is a short juant away by shuttle bus. Chemuyil the city nearby is also a cool small town. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. "

"The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...
