"I was very disappointed with not having Secruity on path ways . Every night between 11pm and 4am in morning there was someone intoxicated scream , fighting. I have no problem with individuals having a a good time that was too much. You go on Vacation to relax but it's hard to do when individuals are waking you up. The food was great and staff was wonderful but didn't make up for the persons that were intoxicated between 11pm and 4am"

"Pros: The resort overall was beautiful and the room was great - very comfortable, updated and clean. We really enjoyed the swim up room. The beach was beautiful and spacious though we weren’t able to snorkel because the water was either red (sargassum) or murky due to the wind. The food was decent and there were so many choices, though everyday the menu was exactly the same. The pools were great - colonial was busier than white sands so if you wanted chairs at colonial you needed to get them by 8am or so. I loved how spacious the resort was, and enjoyed having to walk to get around. Cons: my son got gastroenteritis and was aggressively vomiting so I had to call the in-house physician. The rest of us had typical GI discomfort that was manageable. The music room equipment (guitars, piano, drums) in the Junior Club was all broken, which was a shame - if it can’t be maintained, there’s no point in having it. Don’t even think about relying on the golf carts if you need to be somewhere on time - even though I requested one well in advance at check out, it never came, so we had to drag our bags across the resort to make it to our airport transfer on time. Overall, it was a nice resort, but we won’t be returning. "
