"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "The unit is so big and spacious with a queen and day bed, a study, a living room, and kitchen and dining. The internet is good, 5G. The agent was very responsive and clear about instructions. I didn't know I have to deposit 300 MYR cash so I offered that I give him a mix of different currencies. He ended up just asking me 40USD, for formality. Am glad he's that considerate. "Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...

"From days prior to our arrival, the staff member Monjur kept excellent communication with us and very responsive to my questions. It was very reassuring especially since we had a late arrival at 10:30pm. We were placed on the 53rd floor which offered unbeatable views of the Petronas tower. The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance to Petronas, night marketplace and other malls. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here."
