"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan. It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed. Bad: - Bins are only emptied at the end of your stay attracting crockaches. In summer rubbish begin to smell if you had food. This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking) - We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay...

"We booked the Standard Suite for 3 People and got a nice apartment-like room with 3 double beds and one seperate bedroom. The apartment offered everything you need like a wash machine, air refreshing machine, bluetooth speaker, tv, spare pillows, storage room, a well equipped kitchen and a few more other things. The room was very clean and there is a nicely made instruction manual to help you out with all the various equipment the room offers. Would definetely book again!"

"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."

"Most important about this hotel is its location. Right there smack Hakata-Fukuoka station where subway, Shinkansen, taxis & limos, and tour buses serve. The hotel though old is chic, and seems to be the hangout place for Japanese yuppies after work. The area is safe. It has a convenience store Lawson at the street level, just below the lobby by escalator. I love the location. After an evening subway trip from Tenjin, or a day tour trip, when you fell moat spent & tired, you are essentially delivered there at the hotel doorstep. The adjacent Hakata station has many food offering options, and noteworthy is the ‘Hakata Startion Ramen Street’. Staff are friendly & accomodating. The hotel room is well kept, nice, with clean bathrooms. The lovby is inviting especially the lobby’s Cross Point - it’s cafe & pattiserie. In my future return trip to Fukuoka, I’d be seriously considering booking here again."
