"I can honestly say this has been the best accommodation that I have ever stayed in in Poland & I've stayed in a lot of places in this amazing country ... room was decorated to a very high standard bathroom also of the same high standard. Room had its own private balcony. 24 hrs store directly across the street. It was only a 5 mins walk to beach, pier & centre of town. No on site parking but plenty available near by. "Hotels.com failed to mention that they charge for housekeeping. In my confirmation page, I was told that the hotel will collect 100 Zloty for cleaning fee, but it also said that housekeeping is included. That's not true. This is a decent hotel, but considering all the other options you have it is overpriced, especially since you don't get proper housekeeping, and for whatever you get (if you are lucky) you have to pay 50 Zloty. The staff was polite and nice, but the service was 2 star for a 4...

"Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay."
