Always amazing and never disappoints. 2 families, 3 rooms & dog. The location is the best in a quiet part of Karlovy Vary yet close to everything. The staff is professional. We came at the beginning of the season so it was still pretty mellow and definitely not at full capacity. Utilizing the pool & spa and having 4 massages booked. 3 great 1 just ok ( apparently the therapist left the room 3x during the 90 minute massage) not sure why . Being here was an absolutely beautiful experience. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean and featured astounding views over the golf fields. The design was simply impeccable, the rooms are stylish and with lots of high tech features. Breakfast could be much better, but I wouldn’t even take points off for that provided that everything else is fantastic. This is a brand new hotel and we wish it long years of prosperity!
