The rooms was outdated do not change sheets in 9 day no fresh towels ask for fresh towels and got ones with holes in them as for breakfast the worst breakfast iv ever seen if i had to rate it out of 5 I would give it a 1 and thats been kind i think a backpacker would have been cleaner friend ended up in hospital after one of there drinks with alcohol poison i would never stay there again if you pay me to expedia need to take it of there site there’s no way in a 3 star very unhappy with it

Thankfully the AC worked but the room was dirty. Especially the bathroom, there were two bed smushed bugs in the shower, the shower curtain was definitely old and tattered, the rest of the bathroom was dirty as well. The bed only had two small cushions, no duvet (but that I understand since it’s hot in Phuket) the bedsheets were stained and yellow-ish. The curtain for the sliding door didn’t fully close and someone could easily see inside my room. The fridge was yellow and old and didn’t work. The wardrobe was broken and smelled foul.

Las fotografías debieron haber sido editadas muy bien, restaurante fatal, el personal tiene un 3% de inglés. Te cobran un depósito por daños cuando todo está en pésimo estado, no tiene ascensor, si llueve se moja todo. Teléfono no funciona, el internet muy lento e intermitente, personal irrespetuoso en su idioma, aparte la ubicación es mala!

Interesting yet uncomfortable

You must depsoit 2000 (!!) baht upon arrival and there is NO ATM handy. Room was parge and bed comfortable, bathroom had shower and soap and shampoo. Aircon defected second day and room unbearably hot. Had big problem changing rooms to one with good aircon. Second room smelled like sewage. Hotel is 4km from beach, local bus stops outside for 40 baht, runs hourly. Everything written in Russian bcs only Russians stay there. Luckily I read some Russian. Electricity went down one entire day, all restaurants in town depend on electric for cooking so impossible to eat cooked food, plenty of fruit stands near beach. Beach unbearably hot and sun dangerous, watch the time spent in sun. Good surf, clean water. Too many motor vehicles as usual in Thai cities, very noisy. Taxi drivers are thieves charge exorbitant fares. Avoid Phuket at all costs. Only one cheap good restuarant near beach, on second alleyway back from beach boulevard, meals around 50-60 baht, popular.

Herunter gekommene Unterkunft,

Pro Tag/Person gibt es einen kleinen Jogurtbecher Trinkwasser obwohl aus dem Wasserhahn zeitweise eine braune Brühe kommt. Habe drei Zimmer gehabt und in jedem der Zimmer waren schwerwiegende Beschwerden zum Beispiel: Climaanlage funktioniert nicht, bei Regen kommt das Wasser vom Balkon und der Decke ins Zimmer gelaufen, Möbel zu teil zerlegt und schwer beschädigt. Der Pool wird während er voll mit Gästen ist gereinigt und anschließend wird über den Wasserfall Clor in das Becken gelassen woraufhin selbst die härtesten Russischen Gäste den Pool fluchtartig verlassen. Zum Schluß habe ich noch nicht mal die 2000Baht Kaution zurück bekommen da bei der Abreise kein Geld in der Kasse war und man mir sagte ich solle noch ein bis zwei Stunden warten dann würde ewt. der Manager kommen und das wo der Transfer zum Flughafen schon wartete! Man könnte einen Roman schreiben über diese Unterkunft.

har aldrig varit med om värre, otrevlig personal, smutsiga rum, orena handdukar, fick inte det rum vi hade bokat, dom höjde priset när vi kom dit, bokningen hade dom inte ens, servicen var usel, frukosten fick vi inte ta del av heller

Very nice staff. Not the best location.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Very busy street you could hear the traffic very loudly inside the room. The room was decent and the pool was clean. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are all quite far away and inconvenient for walking. (The only reason we do not recommend this hotel is the location).

Die Hotel Betreiber haben uns in ein anderes Hotel verfrachtet ! In das Juana The Phulin Resort Trotz mehrmaligen Beschwerden! Fast jede Nacht! Den Hotel Betreiber wahr das anscheinend egal!

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan!

Alueena jo tuttu ennestään. Hotellialue oli iso ja siihen kuului useampia rakennuksia. Meillä majoitus sivummalla jossa kaksi erillistä uima-allasta. Päärakennuksessa emme olisikaan halunneet olla. Katan markkinat ihan vieressä ma ja to, joka oli mukava. Rannalle oli jonkin verran kävelymatkaa, meillä mopo käytössä. Matkassa 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta, huoneemme oli perhe "sviitti" joka oli mielestäni ihan mukavan tilava ja siisti. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone. Ainoana miinuksena oli että ilmastointi reistailu ja jouduimme useampaan kertaan siitä huomauttamaan, ilmeisesti poltti sulakkeen jatkuvasti, lopussa emme jaksaneet edes enään asiasta valittaa kun tuntui turhauttavalta. Majoituimme viikon.

No children, low noise. Nice place

The villa was spacious and comfortable. The resort is a bit dated however it's clean. The shower works and is good, the rooms have AirCon and satellite tv. I liked that there wasn't any children here and the place has a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Hôtel à éviter !!!

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas de porter le non hôtel !!! Hôtel qui donne sur une route hyper fréquenté donc ceux qui on le sommeil léger je vous plaint ! Clim bruyante ! Wifi sert a rien marche jamais ! Toilette craintif photo totalement fausse ! ! Meubles sale est cassé et en plus ils osent demandé une caution de 2000 bath ! Le ménage et négliger les agents passent quand il veulent 16 h ensuite 10h ! Parfois midi m'obligeant à sortir sous la pluie Le balcon et une poubelle on voit les fils électriques dans mon champs de visions

Grymt besviken

Bilderna var väldigt missvisande så jag blev väldigt besviken när jag anlände och standarden inte var vad jag förväntat. Valde att avstå från frukost då den såg väldigt tråkig ut och restaurangen var annars stängd vilket även poolbaren var. Poolen i sin tur var väldigt smutsig, så pass att det kändes äckligt att bada i den.

Tutto sommato un discreto soggiorno. Personale molto cordiale ed efficente sempre pronto ad aiutarti, le camere era nella media da 3 stelle letto un po scomodo, bagno sempre maleodorante , pulizie della camera insomma.

Bekvämt för billig peng

Bra storlek på rummet, dock hade dom ställt ihop två små sängar till en stor så i mitten blev en obekväm skarv. Badrummet var rent och fräscht. Fin pool med några solstolar. Fanns några resturanger inom gångavstånd annars tog det ca 40 min att promenera till stranden där de mesta ligger. Vi hyrde moppe via hotellet och fick okej pris efter lite prutande. De va hjälpsamma så gott de kunde.

don't be fooled by clever photography!

below average, pool was green, no pool bar, cheaper than a hostel, for a reason. Looks nothing like the photos which look like they were taken when it was new. about a decade ago. staff were not friendly, surprising as generally, our experience with the thai people has been fantastic. they are abviously fed up of working within this establishment. however of you do stay, make the two minute trip to elephant cafe down the road. outstanding !!

Long walk to beach and town

I had one of the 4 rooms that you could enter the pool from the balcony but other than that I would not recommend. The room was accessible straight from the main road and not a very sexy urea door, a sharp push and it would be open. The bed was comfy but the wardrobe had a very bad smell so did not want to leave my clothes in. It is a significant walk to the beach and main town area. Not ideal for children or elders
