"My family and i loved our stay here staff went above and beyond.. my wife has a prosthetic leg and the staff were so accommodating set us up on a easy acces room put non slip.mats through the room and chair in the shower... the staff were amazing and always had a smile lots of great activities like bingo by the pool and heaps of games for the kids around the pool .... the buffet breakfast is top notch and the food in general delicious... the 3 pools super clean and perfect for a play for the...

"At night time, the swimming pool and walk ways were lit up with small flashing specks of light. Very fantasy like especially when swimming in the swimming pool at night. Did not see any kids so it was peaceful and staff very friendly. Only disappointment was we did not get free upgrade with the VIP access. Hotel also provides free shuttle to and from Kata Beach every hour in the day time."

"From the check-in process which included a complimentary beverage, to the pool right outside of our room, to the breakfast buffet, everything at this hotel was extraordinary. It's enough off the beaten path that it's not incessantly noisy, but it's also a short walk to the food stands, great restaurants and the beach. When we had difficulty securing a ride to the airport on January 1st, the hotel staff went above and beyond and personally drove us to the airport for the same price as the cab...

"We found our stay good value for the money we paid. Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, the bed was big and comfortable and the shower reasonably powerful although not always hot but we don’t require that as we prefer cool showers. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the biggest but it was more than sufficient with fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs any style you like as well as the usual European and Thai preferences. We’d stay again so probably cant give a better review than that. "
