"This is a great property, very clean, modern and well kept. The breakfast was pretty good with good options, but was just busy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Best part is it's about 5-7 minutes away from downtown Ottawa and Bywood market. Great stay!"

"Property location was central and easy to walk everywhere. One thing that was annoying is that there is no food available after 9:30. Restaurant is only open for brunch and the rooftop bar also closes at 11pm. Is this the capital city of Canada or the capital city of some rural town."

"Everything from the moment we checked in the valet was very friendly, the front desk. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the concierge was amazing. We didn’t have to wait for anything. From our hotel room, we had beautiful views the parliament building. The swimming pool was so relaxing after a swim we sat in a white robe and read a book. On our last day we had to be behind the scenes tour."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The building has a beautiful courtyard-style layout, with a central public area that feels elegant and inviting. The atmosphere is lovely, almost like a stylish library and café combined, with a refined French-inspired character throughout the property. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room cleaning service was prompt and well maintained. Overall, the hotel felt tasteful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The only small downside was that my room was located at the back of the building, facing a narrow gap between nearby buildings, so there was not much natural sunlight or view from the window. That said, it did not significantly affect my overall experience, and I still had a very enjoyable stay."

"L établissement étais 5 /5 Les restaurants manquent de variété sur pour menu enfants. Tres dispendieux un gros manque de légumes et fruits. Les assiettes très dispendieuse..Le premier déjeuner avec ma petite fille as coûté 63$ plus pourboire de 15 %..70$!! 2 rôties,bacon,patates oeufs et un café et Enfants ,2 petites crêpes 2 tranches de bacon,payés et un jus de pomme,c est tout !! C est pour cette raison seulement que je n irai plus.C est triste."
