"We were pushed to a different property( residence) The excuse was plumbing,who knows! The house we ended up in was a further drive, the walkway was not cleared off,so we had to muck our way through the slush, doorstep was extremely slippery due to a build up of ice with fresh snow on top. Very dangerous. No towels until we asked. No coffee pods for the coffee maker that was provided. Narrow staircase into a basement, with no emergency exit in case of fire. Absolutely no improvement for our second night stay. Hotel.com really dropped the ball."

"Good, solid hotel. Nothing special, but clean and quiet (at least on the sixth floor) and a good breakfast. Definitely recommended (and better than some more expensive places I've stayed). Renovations underway on the lobby, but well managed and not a problem at all."

"This is a great hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. The decor is modem and the rooms extremely spacious and comfortable. There is a pool and hot tub available. Free breakfast is served daily until 10:00am. It’s perfectly located close to the highway and the airport. "
